Service Application Engineer 

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Application Engineer to help support customer applications, and perform repair-, adjustment- and calibration tasks on our test and measurement instruments

Responsibilities

1. Repair and fix defective test and measurement equipment.
2. Help customers in pre-diagnosis of their technical problems.
3. Support customers on their application needs.
4. Maintain and update RMA system and records.
5. Support Sales team in applications and demonstrating our T&M instruments.
6. Create and maintain our repair price list.
7. Prepare and work on monthly reports.

Job requirement

1. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong listening and presentation skills.
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Team player, problem solver with organizational skills.
6. Ability to work with Microsoft Office software.
7. Ability to communicate in English. Mandarin is a plus.
8. BS Engineering degree or equivalent.
