Content-rich entry level oscilloscope

Oscilloscope is an indispensable instrument for basic measurements of electronic products and related introductory teaching courses. Early oscilloscopes for related applications were analog oscilloscopes with simple functions, and most of them only provided the function of capturing signals.

With the advancement of science and technology, the test signals are becoming more and more complex, and most of the teaching courses are combined with practical applications. GW Instek launched the GDS-1000B series of digital oscilloscopes to meet the requirements. Although it is an entry-level oscilloscope, the maximum frequency bandwidth is up to 200MHz, and the memory depth is up to 10Mpts per channel and waveform update rate is 50,000wfm/s. The long memory and fast update rate allow users to analyze the details of the signal and its screen display is real-time compared with that of the early analog oscilloscope.

We also included the I2C, SPI, UART, CAN and LIN serial bus triggering and decoding functions originally provided by the advanced series oscilloscopes as standard functions of the GDS-1000B series. In addition, the frequency domain display of 1M pts FFT allows GDS-1000B to analyze the details of the frequency domain compared with the same level oscilloscopes. The series provides Go/NoGo function, Digital voltage meter, Data log and Digital filter functions including high pass, low pass and band pass, as well as rich measurements and trigger options, which make entry-level oscilloscope no longer bare-bones.
